Our team will listen and collaborate with school administrators & Board of Education representatives to identify risks impacting your school district. We will then prepare a strategy and a plan to mitigate or eliminate those risks. The risk mitigation plan will incorporate the fundamentals of physical, electronic and procedural security. Our plan will then be presented for implementation…all towards providing a safe and secure environment for your faculty, students, and school community. 

• Security Program Review 

A review of your district's security program can include reviews of strategy, the technology deployed in the District, the personnel that support the security program, and the documentation in place related to security standards and procedures.

• Physical Security 

Physical Security relates to items such as doors, windows, locks, gates, fences, and lighting.  The Osprey Alliance team can walk the school grounds and conduct an assessments of the physical security measures in the District.  We can then develop plans and budgets to repair, replace, or install deficient items.

• Electronic Security 

Electronic Security includes your Intrusion Detection System (Burglar Alarm), Access Control System (Badges, Biometrics, Keypad Entry), and Camera Systems.  These systems should be designed to support each other in the alert and response to alarm events.  Our team can review each of these systems, test them to ensure operability and signal receipt by your central station, and document those tests for reporting purposes.

• Procedural Security 

Strategy, Locks, and Electronic Systems aren't very useful if you don't know what to do with them or you don't know how to use them.  It's vitally important to have processes in place related to topics such as Visitor Management, System Testing, or Law Enforcement engagement.  The Osprey Alliance team can help your district develop procedures and documents to govern your program.
